Zuharah Collective (“Zuharah”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides online English confidence and communication coaching for women.

Our sessions are designed to provide a relaxed and supportive space to practise speaking English, have real-life conversations and build confidence using the English you already have.

Zuharah is not an accredited educational institution and does not provide academic qualifications, examinations or certificates. Our services are not intended to replace formal English education, accredited language training, specialist tutoring or professional advice.

Zuharah currently offers:

• Zuharah Conversation Session — a one-off private online session designed around your individual speaking goals, situations or conversations.
• Zuharah Speak Anyway — a five-session private coaching package designed to provide continued practice and support.
• Zuharah Members — a recurring monthly service providing two private online sessions per month, together with any additional membership benefits stated on the website at the time of purchase.

We may introduce additional services, packages or membership benefits in the future.

Sessions are conducted online using the secure video-conferencing platform stated at the time of booking.

You are responsible for having: a suitable internet connection; a working device; access to the required video-conferencing platform; a reasonably quiet environment where possible; and any equipment needed to participate in the session.

Zuharah cannot be responsible for technical problems caused by your device, internet connection or third-party platforms.

Zuharah sessions are designed around the individual customer. You may bring a particular situation, conversation or goal to a session, or simply use the time for general speaking practice.

Examples may include: everyday conversations; meeting new people; life abroad; workplace communication; interviews; conversations involving family or school; social situations; or situations where you want to feel more comfortable speaking English.

We may suggest phrases, conversation strategies, vocabulary, exercises or other forms of speaking practice.

All prices are displayed on the Zuharah website at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through our chosen payment provider, currently Stripe.

By making a purchase, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Prices may change in the future. Any price change will not affect a service that you have already purchased, unless otherwise stated by law or agreed with you.

Speak Anyway includes five private online sessions. All five sessions must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions remaining after this period will expire unless Zuharah agrees otherwise in writing.

The package is intended to be used by the person who purchased it and cannot be transferred to another person without our written agreement.

Zuharah Members is a recurring monthly service. The membership currently includes two private online sessions per month, together with any additional benefits stated on the membership page.

Membership sessions must be used during the applicable membership month and do not roll over into the following month. Membership benefits may change from time to time, but we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to members.

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being treated as used.

If you arrive late to a session, the session will normally still finish at the originally scheduled time. For example, if your session begins at 10:00 and you arrive at 10:15, the session will normally finish at 11:00.

If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not contacted us within the applicable cancellation period, the session may be treated as used.

Zuharah is intended to be a warm, respectful and supportive environment. Customers are expected to communicate respectfully with Zuharah and to avoid abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service where behaviour is inappropriate or creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment.

Zuharah is designed to support English speaking confidence and communication practice. However, individual results vary.

We do not guarantee that you will achieve a particular level of English, fluency, confidence, employment outcome, interview result or other specific result. Your progress will depend on factors including your existing English ability, participation, practice and individual circumstances.

Zuharah may occasionally use or recommend AI tools to support English practice, conversation preparation, brainstorming or independent practice. AI tools are used as a support tool and are not a replacement for human conversation or judgement.

Where third-party AI services are recommended, those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We respect your privacy. Information collected through your booking, payment, onboarding or sessions will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will not intentionally share private information from your coaching sessions publicly without your permission, subject to legal requirements and the circumstances described in our Privacy Policy.

Zuharah sessions are not routinely recorded. If a session is ever proposed for recording, you will be informed beforehand and your consent will be requested.

You should not record, distribute or publish a Zuharah session without the consent of the other participants and Zuharah.

Zuharah materials, including original worksheets, prompts, exercises, written resources, branding, website content and other materials created by Zuharah remain the property of Zuharah or its relevant owner. Materials provided to you are for your personal use.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, publish or commercially use Zuharah materials without written permission.

Zuharah may use third-party services such as: Stripe for payments; a video-conferencing platform for sessions; a booking platform for scheduling; and email, website or technology providers.

These services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Zuharah is not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party platforms.

Zuharah may accept customers from different countries. You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing and receiving online coaching services is permitted in your country and for complying with any applicable local laws, taxes or regulations that apply to you.

Zuharah Women is intended for adults. Services offered through Zuharah Women are not intended for children unless we specifically introduce a separate Zuharah Kids service with appropriate policies and safeguards.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website with the relevant “Last updated” date. Changes will generally apply to future purchases and bookings unless otherwise required by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to a service where there is a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, abusive behaviour, fraudulent activity or another legitimate reason. Where appropriate, we will communicate with you before taking action.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the legal entity operating Zuharah Collective and the applicable jurisdiction in the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you.
